Restricted & Prohibited Items Policy

The following items are prohibited, restricted, or subject to refusal, cancellation, seizure, or reporting.
1. Absolutely Prohibited Items
- Liquor and alcohol where restricted
- Tobacco and nicotine products where restricted
- Illegal drugs and narcotics
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and fireworks
- Currency and bearer instruments
- Gold bullion and unsecured jewellery
- Counterfeit or fake goods
- Stolen property
- Live animals
- Human organs or remains
- Hazardous chemicals and toxic materials
- Radioactive material
- Biomedical samples without authorization
- Pornographic or unlawful material
- Indian Postal Articles
- Any item prohibited under applicable law
2. Conditional or Regulated Items
The following may require approval, declarations, documentation, packaging compliance, or carrier acceptance:
- Electronics containing lithium batteries
- Medicines and supplements
- Cosmetics and aerosols
- Food products and perishables
- Fragile glassware
- High-value electronics
- Export-controlled items
3. Inspection Rights
Loop and its logistics partners reserve the right to inspect, scan, x-ray, open, or reject shipments where permitted by applicable law.
4. Consequences of Violation
Violation of this Policy may result in:
- Shipment cancellation
- Refusal of service
- No refund eligibility
- Account suspension
- Reporting to authorities
- Recovery of damages and operational losses
