Loop provides logistics and shipping services including:

• Hyperlocal deliveries
• Intercity shipping
• PAN India shipping aggregation
• International shipping assistance
• Reverse pickups and returns
• E-commerce logistics support
• Business shipping solutions

2. Hybrid Network Model

Certain deliveries within Raipur may be fulfilled directly by Loop. PAN India and international shipments may be fulfilled through trusted carrier partners. Third-party carrier operational rules, customs regulations, and transportation restrictions may additionally apply.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate shipment information
• Declare lawful and accurate parcel contents
• Use appropriate packaging
• Avoid restricted items
• Provide correct addresses and contact information
• Cooperate with KYC and compliance requests
• Pay applicable charges and taxes

4. Pricing & Charges

Shipping rates may vary depending on:

• Dead weight
• Volumetric weight
• Distance
• Delivery zone
• Urgency
• Remote area surcharges
• Partner carrier pricing
• Taxes and statutory levies

5. Pickup & Delivery Timelines

Pickup and delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly committed in writing. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, operational constraints, customs checks, strikes, or other events beyond reasonable control.

6. Liability for Loss or Damage

Local Loop-Powered Shipments

For approved claims relating to direct physical loss or damage only, Loop liability shall not exceed the lower of:

• ₹2,000; or
• Declared shipment value substantiated by valid documentary proof; whichever is lower.

No liability shall arise for indirect, consequential, sentimental, special, or business losses.

Partner Carrier Shipments (PAN India / International)

Where shipments are fulfilled through trusted third-party carrier partners, Loop acts as a booking, coordination, and facilitation platform. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the lower of:

• Amount actually recoverable from the underlying carrier or logistics partner; or
• Freight or shipping charges paid by the customer for that shipment.

Applicable carrier rules, customs regulations, aviation restrictions, and destination-country laws may additionally apply.

7. Excluded Liability

Loop shall not be liable for:

• Consequential or indirect losses
• Loss of profit or business interruption
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, customs, flight disruptions, or government action
• Fragile item damage due to inadequate packaging
• Deterioration of perishable goods
• Misdeclared shipments
• Delays caused by force majeure events

8. Claims Procedure

Claims may require:

• Invoice or value proof
• Packaging photographs
• Unboxing evidence
• Delivery documentation
• Timely complaint submission

Loop reserves the right to investigate all claims before approval.

9. Suspension or Refusal of Service

Loop may suspend accounts or refuse shipments in cases involving:

• Fraudulent conduct
• Payment default
• Restricted goods
• Abuse or misuse of services
• Legal or compliance concerns

10. Intellectual Property

All Loop branding, software, website content, logos, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Loop.

11. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loop from losses, penalties, damages, liabilities, or legal claims arising from:

• Illegal shipments
• False declarations
• Regulatory violations
• Third-party claims caused by user conduct

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Raipur shall have jurisdiction over disputes unless otherwise required by law.
